Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town in Southern Ontario. It sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River. It's known for it's wineries and the Shaw Festival Theatre. The flower filled, tree-lined Old Town features 19th century buildings, mainly along Queen Street. Near the river, 19th century Fort George was built by the British to defend against American attacks.

Guests have complete access to the guest room with private entrance and private bathroom, and free parking in our driveway.

Good to know

Our space offers an isolated private guest room within our home, with its 100% own private entrance from outside and en-suite bathroom. The only “shared” spaces are the exterior driveway. Complemented with WIFI, hairdryer, coffee & tea, our space is a short walk by foot to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, all the wineries and theatres, restaurants, golf, shopping and 20 minutes drive to the famous Niagara Falls. - Owners home is attached to guest room but separate, noise can be heard. - Breakfast is not included. - Check in is SELF entry and we do not meet you on arrival. - Toby the home owner loves to pop out and say hello if your paths cross!

As Australians, we were delighted with the place, it was clean, tastefully decorated and inviting. The price for the night was below what we have paid for similar accommodation. Thanks for an enjoyable stay for our first visit to the Niagara area.

I had a lovely stay at Erica and Briannas Airbnb. The place was lovely and clean with clear instructions on how to get in. It really has a home Erica was always responsive and gave local recommendations on places to try in NOTL. The place is quite close to old town and the wineries which was the main reason we were there. Toby who is the co host and stays on the property is very friendly and filled with personality. It was lovely catching up with her and hearing a bit more about NOTL. My stay was great and will definitely be coming back soon. Not just for the wineries but for this amazing Airbnb.

Staying here was an aboslute dream. The location was easy to find and access. The host Erica was super informative with lodging instructions and local amenities. Erica was very friendly and would greet us every morning, asking how our night was and if we needed anything. As soon as you enter the en-suite room, there is an immediate sense of warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. The room looked as it was listed and exceeded out expectations of comfort. The bathroom was immaculate, with the shower being the star focus. It was large and the water pressure and heat was awesome. There is also a filtered water drinking tap, separate from the sink faucet that we thought was a great extra feature. The bed and pillows were super comfy and we found ourselves not wanting to get up once tucked in. All the amenities provided were just what we needed. Thank you Erica for hosting us and providing such a safe, comfortable, at home feeling. We most certainly will be back again. - John & Sonya

Erica was very responsive. Our room was pristine and comfortable. The color palette of the bathroom was very calming. Loved the gorgeous hexagon floor tiles and the large step-in-shower. Erica's home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the main area of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just what we were looking for. I do not have anything negative to say about this property. However, when I do reviews, I let others who also have a mobile disability, know about accessibility. I always inquire about accessibility when booking an Air BnB. Erica was very responsive. There are three steps onto the patio and another step to get in the room. I am able to maneuver stairs if there is a railing so that was fine. This information was very helpful in my decision to book here. If you have balance issues, the door to the bathroom is quite narrow. I use two canes and I was fine, but this Air BnB is not wheelchair accessible. Lastly, there is no shower seat. Otherwise, it's a gem!! :-)

Uber is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a 2 minute drive to our main street (Queen Street) and a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 minutes from Buffalo Airport. Many local bike companies offer complimentary delivery and pick up of bike rentals (please enquire).
