- We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified with Airbnb. - This home is on a rural road. No sidewalks. - We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs. - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom. - Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay. - the jets in jacuzzi do not work

Uber is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a 6 minute drive to Queen Street (the main street in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake) and a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 minutes from Buffalo Airport. Many local bike companies offer complimentary delivery and pick up of rentals (please enquire).
