Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town in southern Ontario. It sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River. It's known for its wineries and the Shaw Festival, a series of theatre productions. The flower-filled, tree-lined Old Town features 19th century buildings, mainly along Queen Street. Near the river, 19th century Fort George was built by the British to defend against American attacks.

Guest Access

Guests have complete access to the suite with private en-suite bathroom. NOTE: Bathroom does not have a door. They also have access to the entry space, main level living and dining area, and front patio for outside seating and enjoyment. These spaces can be shared with owners and other guests. Owners spaces marked as PRIVATE are not accessible to guests.

Our luxury space is new to Airbnb and offers a private suite within our shared home, with a private en-suite bathroom. Owners do live on site, and hallways, main level sitting and dining areas are open to guests but are shared spaces. The suite is 100% private to guests. **we cannot welcome children or infants to this suite. No exceptions to this we’re sorry to say. We have another suite for rent in our home - which can be booked together with this one! Complemented with WIFI, hairdryer, caffeinated coffee, our space is just minutes by foot to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lake Ontario, all the Shaw theatres, restaurants, golf, shopping and 20 minutes by car to the famous Niagara Falls. - NOTE: there is NO kitchen or microwave in this suite. - Bathroom does NOT have a door from bedroom. - Breakfast is not included. - The King Bed is made up of 2 Single Haven Mattresses. - TV is streaming only, no cable and guests must use their own accounts - blinds are not blackout - Owner lives in the house - noise may be heard. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for the washroom. - Niagara-on-the-Lake is a rural setting and there are various bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs.

Everything about our stay was exactly what was advertised. The location was perfect, one block from the heart of notl. The check in was easy and the room was amazing! Definitely would recommend for a great weekend getaway!

This is the second time I've stayed in Erica's wonderful place, and I hope won't be the last. The historical building itself is exquisite - a magnificent century home mere minutes from the main street, on one of Niagara's oldest and most ambient stretches. In terms of the room itself - a huge, unbelievably comfortable king bed, an absolutely massive, thoroughly updated and spa-like bathroom, in-room coffee and a little fridge for wine and buttertart purchases made along the way. Erica is always extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly (this time I accidentally booked one night less than intending to, and she immediately updated the stay. Whew!) I won't hesitate to recommend this place - it's a perennially soothing, comfortable and convenient sojourn away from Toronto.

We loved staying at Erica’s place! Beautiful room inside an impeccable house. Erica was a wonderful communicator and a thoughtful host. Location is ideal for Niagara on the lake being 1 block or so from the heart of Queen street. We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we are in town

Loved Erica’s Place. It was a much needed two day get away. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great place. Location is amazing. If your in to walking about. It’s the place for you.

Uber is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a 1 minute walk to Queen Street and a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 minutes from Buffalo Airport. Many local bike companies offer complimentary delivery and pick up (please enquire).
