Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town in southern Ontario. It sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River. It's known for its wineries and the Shaw Festival, a series of theatre productions. The flower-filled, tree-lined Old Town features 19th century buildings, mainly along Queen Street. Near the river, 19th century Fort George was built by the British to defend against American attacks.

Quality finishes, antique furnishings and thoughtful design make this home a one-of-a-kind Wine Country escape. The home is private to guests, disinfected between bookings, and with self check in no interaction is required, for a safe, contactless experience. With a breathtaking location and honest and caring hosts, we hope to become your home of choice when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake! - This is a working farm. The driveway will be used to access the vineyards and barn as needed at anytime during your stay. - We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified with Airbnb. - The breakfast as noted is caffeinated coffee & tea, sugar, and instant oatmeals - We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs. - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom, and face cloths. - Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this amazing home! Every little thing i looked for was there! Beds comfortable, bathrooms were perfect and clean, kitchen was wonderful…. we even loved all of the great things in the “ mud” room to help keep the home clean and dry after all of the snow. The owner of the home was actually there to shovel the porch after the unexpected snow. Erica and Brianna were so helpful, answering me with any question that i had. Thank you so very much - we hope to come back again!

Fantastic experience for our week long vacation. Erica was very communicative and timely from initial reservation to checkout. Checked in with us after first night to be sure all was well on our end. Lovely, well appointed and very comfortable home adjacent to vineyard with great view of Lake Ontario and skyline of Toronto in the distance. Fabulous wineries everywhere! Highly recommend!

Erica’s country home is absolutely stunning! There are many cozy corners to sit and relax and enjoy time with friends or family. The view of the Toronto skyline across the vineyards and lake was spectacular. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you can imagine. Looking forward to staying again.

We spent five nights at this beautiful farmhouse. It was decorated perfectly and the amenities made us feel right at home! We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning with a gorgeous view of vineyards and Lake Ontario. Erica was a wonderful host and responded quickly to every communication. Her recommendations for local sights, wineries and restaurants were spot on! Highly recommend staying here!

Such a wonderful place! Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed & there was so much space to sit and relax. The outdoor seating area was lovely, with the views of the vineyards and perfect amount of shade. Thank you Erica for making our weekend in NOTL one to remember.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette magnifique maison, son confort, sa propreté, son emplacement et la très belle vue qu’elle offre sur le lac Ontario et les vignobles tout autour. Nos hôtesses ont toujours répondu à nos questions, et ce, dans un bref délai. Elles ont prévu beaucoup de petites attentions tellement appréciées lorsque nous arrivons de loin, en fin de journée : café, thé, sel, poivre, quelques épices, pellicule plastique, papier d’aluminium, etc., autant de choses qu’on n’apporte pas nécessairement dans nos bagages, et qui sont pourtant très utiles. Nous recommandons ce gîte, sans aucune hésitation! Merci à Erica et Brianna!

Uber is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a 6 minute drive to Queen Street (the main street in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake) and a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 minutes from Buffalo Airport. Our home is located on the popular bike route of Lakeshore Road. Many local bike companies offer complimentary delivery and pick up (please enquire). The closest wineries to us are Konzelmann, Hinterbrook and Pallatine - all of which are less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
