They will never interfere with the guests. - We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs. - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom. - Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay.

This is a very comfortable home for 3 couples sharing a weekend together in NOTL. Plenty of privacy and also cozy living room and large kitchen for gathering together. Very clean, cozy, walkable to the 'Main' St. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay. The decor is breathtaking if you like antiques and appreciate history. One could walk around for hours and admire the attention to detail overall presentation of the home. Host was very attentive and helpful. We had everything we needed.

Butler House was better than the photos and descriptions. Not only was it in a perfect location, lots of space- the basement den is huge and cozy. The home has been lovingly restored and has modern updates (kitchen and baths) with a nod to her history with original exposed beams. The host was very responsive. We rented bikes and enjoyed the pristine neighborhood and local sites, shopping and wineries. We highly recommend staying at Butler House.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home . Incredibly comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen, responsive communication, a real gem with authentic character in a quiet, delightful and quaint neighborhood setting. Thank you Erica !
