Other Details to Note

- There are pillars in the driveway to prevent hitting of gas line. Take note when pulling in and backing out. - Due to the age and historic nature of the home, there is a slight “slanted” feeling in the upper hallway. The stairs are also original and can be steep. Handrail is provided. - We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs. - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom, and face cloths. - Coffee and tea are provided. No sugars or milks.

Had a wonderful stay! Very clean comfortable place. The main room was very nice for relaxing and watching movies. Also, even though the front of the house is right next to the public sidewalk, it actually still felt very private and peaceful. The location was perfect for exploring NOTL on foot, and so many great places to eat literally around the corner. It was really nice not to have to worry about finding parking when town was crowded in afternoon. We saw other cars getting ticketed! Also, I was able to get beautiful sunrise and sunset photos via just popping out and walking to various locations - no car required. Recommend!

Erica’s place was perfect for my friends and I. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my bachelorette & we all had so much fun. The airbnb was so beautiful, looked exactly like the pictures & was so so close to the main street. Every room was clean & nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and the whole house had a very cozy vibe. It is a beautiful and safe area to walk around, go to restaurants & do activities. The neighborhood also has gorgeous houses that we enjoyed walking around & looking at. We went to the nearby spa Pillar & Post, Avo & Co for breakfast which was practically right next door, and Orris Labs to create our own perfumes. I love the area and will most definitely come back to this airbnb!!!

The house is beautifully decorated with a quiet, peaceful back patio to enjoy a glass of local wine. It is conveniently close to Niagara Falls for sightseing. House is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Would love to return!

A spectacular cottage in the heart of Niagara on the lake it maintains its rustic charm from 1822, but it’s been beautifully renovated in every way. Fabulous location just off the main St., Queen Street. Beautifully landscape, tranquil, quiet backyard. It could not have been better.
