Our luxury space is new to Airbnb and offers a private apartment above a wonderful new commercial space, with a great coffee shop, barber and retail below. Our building has 4 apartments that share only the main building entry way, hallway and elevator. Two parking spaces are reserved for guests. Our apartments can be booked together with this one! Great place to stay. We were surprised at the amenities provided! Dishes pods, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, curling iron and blow dryer etc. Great location, centrally located to many wineries and restaurants. Lastly Erica, was patient and responsive to my 15 questions (-:

Erica's Apartment in Niagara-on-the-Lake was a perfect setting. The place was perfectly described and looked exactly like the photos. There is a really good coffee shop below to grab breakfast each morning. And if you might be concerned about noise from that coffee shop, the apartment is well insulated — we barely even heard a sound from any of the neighbors. The location was great as well — roughly a 15 minute drive each way to the falls and the lake and there are some very good restaurants in walking distance. Erica was amazing with her response time as well as her recommendations for restaurants — we had a fantastic meal at Ravine Winery — and the guide book listed everything you needed to know about the area. Also, the checkout policy was one of the simplest I've ever experienced. One downside that should be noted was the lighted sign of the convenience store next door lit up the whole apartment at night like Kenny Rogers Roasters from an episode of Seinfeld, lol!

We came for a long weekend in September, and had a great time. Erica and Brianna were very helpful, and we followed some of their suggestions, like visiting the bakery at Ravine Winery; their chocolate croissants and Boston cream doughnuts were fabulous. The unit is new, well appointed and very clean and comfortable for 2 couples. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The amenities were new and everything was there that we required. The check-in process was easy and they even let us check-in early. For us, the location was perfect. The longest drive we had was about 10 minutes for old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. A few of the places we went to were less than a 5-minute walk away. We were joking about how little time we spent getting around. The weather for the weekend was fabulous but I’m sure Erica had nothing to do with that. We are definitely coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had such a wonderful stay at Erica’s place near Niagara Falls! The home was just as beautiful as the pictures showed, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless on arrival, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping the space welcoming. The amenities were excellent and made our stay so easy, from the stunning kitchen to the cozy living spaces. There was more than enough room for everyone, and it never once felt cramped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the falls and nearby attractions while still being peaceful and quiet to come back to. Erica was a great host responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay, and we’d happily return on our next trip to Niagara.

My family and I were very comfortable at Erica's Airbnb! It was clean, comfortable beds and linen, lots of towels, and the balcony was an added bonus. Not to mention it's right above an excellent coffee shop and next door to restaurants and wineries. I will definitely be back!

Erica was so kind and responded quickly which was very helpful as it was a last minute reservation. Space is very clean bright spacious and lovely. I only wish we had more time. Would love to come back with my family next time and explore more of the local recommendations.

Absolutely beautiful modern apartment, spacious, pristine, has everything you need, walking distance to gorgeous vineyards and the beds are extremely comfortable. Erica & Brianna gave great recommendations, really clear check-in instructions and were very quick to respond. Also above a gorgeous coffee shop. I would recommend and would definitely stay again.
