Erica’s place is the reason to go air bnb instead of a hotel! It was so comfortable for 2 couples to hang out…so much more of a home than a room. It was beautiful, peaceful, so clean and comfortable. I didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay at this place! Everything was clean and very presentable. Just a very short walk to the main strip retail shops and the ice wine festival. Hot tub felt amazing!

This home felt like home! We are very picky when we rent someone’s home and this met all our expectations. Very comfortable. Perfect location. Very clean and condition of everything was great! Nothing seemed worn out as some places do. We plan on returning with other friends in the near future.

This stylish bungalow is an absolute gem in Niagara on the Lake. The location couldn’t be better, just a two minute walk to the main street with all the shops and restaurants, and a grocery store conveniently located right at the corner of the street. The home itself is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The beds are perfect, with crisp 100% white cotton bedding, and the bath towels are plush and fluffy, small details that make a big difference. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with a wide range of cookware, including thoughtful extras (yes, there’s even a salad spinner!). Large windows fill every room with natural light, and the street view is postcard-perfect. We truly loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend, especially for two couples as each bedroom has an ensuite.

Erica's house was exactly as advertised on the photos and the description. It is a lovely home with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is spacious and very practical for a family. Erica was always very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing stay in NOTL.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this amazing home! Every little thing i looked for was there! Beds comfortable, bathrooms were perfect and clean, kitchen was wonderful…. we even loved all of the great things in the “ mud” room to help keep the home clean and dry after all of the snow. The owner of the home was actually there to shovel the porch after the unexpected snow. Erica and Brianna were so helpful, answering me with any question that i had. Thank you so very much - we hope to come back again!

Niagara during our visit was cold and wet but not our home for 5 days — 229 Victoria. We extremely enjoyed our stay there. The place has this certain warmth and charm that feels like home. It was well equipped — everything we needed was there from kitchen items, cooking condiments to toiletries. The sheets were soft and clean. The whole place was amazingly spotless! It was hard to leave the place as it feels like you were home. The location was perfect as well. It was a stone’s throw away from the center where lovely shops and cozy restaurants are located. To the owner of 229 Victoria, Erica, good job! We will certainly recommend your place to our family and friends!

Loved Erica’s Place. It was a much needed two day get away. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great place. Location is amazing. If your in to walking about. It’s the place for you.

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of spaces for us to come together as a family of 7, but also sneak away for some alone time. Only 15-20 min from Niagara and 10 Min to anything else you’d need in St. Catharine’s. loved having the privacy and seclusion with easy access to the touristy stuff for the kids. Being able to enjoy wood burning sauna was a big bonus, as was the HEATED and Cooled bonus room where you can watch their chickens from. Backyard was perfect for the kids and dog.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The place was beautiful, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The property itself is lovely, very cozy, and truly felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
