We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and comfy home. The fireplace was a wonderful amenity that took the chill out of the air that was the result of the rainy weather, and was a nice place to enjoy some local wines! We would highly recommend and hope to return to the area some day.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the robes in the rooms and the short walk to downtown. We plan to come back to the area when the weather is warmer. We also loved all of the wineries in the area. Only suggestion would be to have extra towels for the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Our stay was outstanding, Erica’s place exceeded our expectations. The home itself was stunning and the location was serene - surrounded by a picture perfect landscape. I highly recommend this home!

I enjoyed a peaceful 4 day stay at 230 Davy. What a beautiful historic home right off the main drag of NOTL. I especially enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard. It was an oasis. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a lovely stay in NOTL!! This place couldn’t be in a more perfect location — walking distance to all NOTL restaurants and adorable shops downtown. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! I even asked for a high chair and crib and the hosts delivered so we didn’t have to pack them (SO appreciated). We enjoyed quiet evenings and felt right at home in their beautiful home. Would highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Air B & B was a wonderful setting from which to launch our exploration of the beautiful Niagara region. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation and would recommend for anyone heading to the area. Be sure to say hello to Oswin, the affable puppy, as he is sure to bring a smile to your face and heart!

Nice place in nice neighborhood where it was a couple of blocks away to lake Ontario and a couple of restaurants. In warmer weather, very walkable to downtown. Nice to have Netflix. Comfortable for a couple. In summer, there is a nice outdoor space which we couldn’t use with winter temps. Would stay there again if visiting NOTL.

Gorgeous him! Me and my friends came for a winter retreat to relax and rejuvenate, and that's what we found. The large and beautiful living room with a fireplace was a perfect spot to be together, with the well-stocked kitchen making snacks and meals easy. The outdoors space is private and spacious, and the view of the vineyard is now exaggerated! It was beautiful in the winter, I can't imagine what it's like I'm the summer. It was far enough away from town to be peaceful but with the town so close it was easy to get to and so quaint and great to spend a day in.

Erica was a fantastic host and the home was perfect for our get away. It was clean and looked exactly as it did in the photos. It’s super close to everything you could want in the area. I highly recommend Erica’s home and would stay again in the future!

Erica’s place was exactly what we needed for our getaway. Communication was exceptional and all of our needs accommodated. Inside the apartment was quiet and so comfortable!! We will definitely be booking on our next Niagara trip and we will recommend to our family and friends.
